Another idea is we can place an Bomb that will erase and destroy the small area,it would be helpfull to clear the area.

Very expensive.
But a cheap bomb.... Or even call it a mini-nuke... To clear the entire world, down to the lowest level you can build on...
But it might change the "feel" of the game... To introduce violence would reverse all the tranquility already present...

Yep, no bomb for sure
When I created the troll, I was thinking it will be used once the world became too crowded, and we want to make some space.
In this case, points aren't really a concern.
Why exactly you want to clean the world?
Creating a new world isn't a solution?
